Do I need the Overwolf client?
No! This is a standalone app, you don't need Overwolf on your system.
Is the app bannable?
No! The app is completely safe to use, we have good relationships with each game publisher and anti-cheat providers. We ensure that we comply with their terms of service.
Will this impact my game's performance?
We've designed the app to be lightweight and efficient. You may notice a minimal impact, as any extra program running uses some resources.
Will the app work for console play?
Unfortunately not. For exclusive features, the app needs to be installed on the same system you're playing on. Some technologies used are not supported on consoles.
